Please note that the next quarterly meeting for all shareholders will be held in the lobby on Thursday, July 12th at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will end by 8:00 p.m. and you may wish to bring a chair. Thank you and we hope to see you at the meeting.
We would like to remind all shareholders that monthly maintenance payments are due on the first of the month and that a 10-day grace period is provided for you to have your payment posted to your account. If you pay your maintenance by check, please provide sufficient time for your payment to be mailed and to be received by the building's bank in order for them to process your payment.
Shareholders are encouraged to use the Direct Debit method to pay the monthly maintenance. Once you are enrolled, your payment is wire transferred to the building's account on the fifth business day of the month.

Please be advised that Mr. Hassan Musah will be starting on Monday, December 11th in place of Oswald Ifill who is retiring. He is scheduled to work Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. He is off on Thursdays and Fridays.
Mr. Francisco Alba will also be joining the staff in January 2018. He will be working Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. He is off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
